We’ll be providing shuttle service between the hotels in Medina and The Gallagher. A shuttle will bring guests to the venue ahead of the ceremony and return everyone safely back to the hotels after the reception. More details—including pickup times and locations—will be shared closer to the wedding date!

Yes! The Gallagher offers ample on‑site parking, including a vehicle lot adjacent to the barn and access to a large field area ideal for dry camping or RV parking if needed.

Our ceremony will take place outdoors under a covered pavilion at The Gallagher, so we’re all set—rain or shine! Cocktail hour will be a mix of both indoor and outdoor spaces, with the bar located inside. The reception will follow indoors in the barn.

The closest and most convenient option is Buffalo Niagara International Airport (BUF)—about 33 miles or a 48-minute drive to Medina. You can also fly into Greater Rochester International Airport (ROC), which is about 44 miles or a 55-minute drive away.

Semi-formal. We’d love for guests to look polished and celebration-ready! The ceremony will be held outdoors on a paved surface under a covered pavilion. However, there is a short walk across grass to reach the ceremony space—so we recommend block heels or dressy flats over stilettos.

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope you enjoy a night out to relax and celebrate with us!

We kindly ask that guests keep phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present. Don’t worry—our photographer will capture all the special moments! Our officiant will let you know if there’s a moment to take a quick photo, so you won’t miss your chance.

We’ll be serving appetizers during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet-style dinner with a variety of options to enjoy. Come hungry—there will be plenty of delicious food throughout the evening!
